CREATE!’s Chief Operating Officer, Louise Ruhr, is flying to Senegal today for an extended six-week visit to CREATE!’s Senegal office and partner communities. While in Senegal, Louise will meet CREATE!’s beneficiaries, tour cooperative gardens, visit poultry sheds, and work with CREATE!’s excellent field staff. In December, CREATE! Executive Director Barry Wheeler will join Louise in Senegal. Together, Barry and Louise will meet with community leaders and cooperative members to evaluate the success of CREATE! programs and lay the groundwork for new potential partnerships.
