Providing the necessary technical training to our Senegalese Field Team is founded on CREATE!’s philosophy of sustainability and is a key element of our program.

Building the capacity of our Senegalese Field Team sets CREATE! apart from other organizations who tend to rely on North American or European staff to complete tasks that require skilled technical expertise.

As Founder and Executive Director of CREATE!, Barry was thrilled to observe first-hand the fruits of his philosophy of capacity building and sustainability as he watched our Field Team skillfully install the pole for the solar panels without any guidance from him.
